The Kennedy Transmission, Brake & Auto Service Extended Service Agreement offers comprehensive protection against transmission problems caused by defective parts or workmanship. It does not cover failures or problems caused by circumstances beyond our control such as: Failure caused by vehicles involved in racing, accidents or operation under abnormal driving conditions (such as some excessive towing), electrical components, or use for which the assembly was not designed. (Please read Section 7 of the Extended Service Agreement for more detail)

The agreement is registered to you only and will not be in effect if you sell or transfer title to your vehicle unless the proper transfer of ownership procedures are followed (see sections 11 of the extended service agreement for more specific detail).
